Planned functionality
- Context presentation. The app presents contexts and digital identites and contexts three ways.
- A unified, linear list of your digital identites across all of your contexts
- A tree structured list of each context and sub-context and contained digital identites
- A graphical (nodes and edges) display of an arbitrary sub-set of your contexts and digital identitys.
- Editing.
Tools to view and/or edit various claim/attributes of [[DigitalIdentity
DigitalIdentities]] based on access rights, policy, etc. in each
Context. The set of properties that comprise adigital identity as well
as their appearance, layout and display is defined by the Context's
plugin. You enter/edit the values of these properties.
- Identity Linking. <to be written>
- Property linking.
Many of the property types (e.g. "First name") in a Context also exist
in other Contexts. When this is the case, value (or values) that you
have previously used in these other contexts fill in automatically (or,
if you've used multiple values, appear in a drop down menu).
- Visualization.
Shows graphically your social network within one Context or integrated
across Contexts. These networks are also editable; you can manually
override the automatic network creation by blocking certain Links anddigital identitys.
- Authentication. Contexts implement sophisticated authentication mechanisms.
- Security. Secures access to your profiles and Contexts via authentication and encryption.
- Sharing.
Using the ProfileShare context plug-in, users can publish their
profiles to other users and subscribe to the profiles of others.
- Extensibility.
The app includes the ProfileShare plug-in, but other plug-ins can be dynamically added at run-time.
