There is one overall wiki for this project (this one)and overall dev and launch mailing lists for this project. (socialphysics-dev@socialphysics.org and socialphysics-launch@socialphysics.org which is being created.) Links can be created to separate related areas.

There is a separate weekly call to work on the launch aspects and such things as the process for definiting pilot characteristics and selecting the initial pilot; and fundraising details.

Attendees were asked for comments on the purpose and the notes from the previous week's meeting and the other content of the wiki.

Paul made real-time changes to the CIC architecure diagram and will consider how to make additional changes based on feedback. It was agreed that this isn one way we could work together and is not the only way.

Changes were also made to the benefits page.

We still need more clarity on the audience of the diagrams. This area is focued on architecture, not positioning for a specific customer or user.

Jon asked everyone to create or point to a description of their entity.

Next meeting is next friday at the same time.

People were encouraged to add agenda items at least 24 hours prior to the next meeting. Also agenda items need to be seconded.
